I would say look around for other banks or credit unions to deal with

You should be able to trust your Credit Union or Bank to handle your money accounts without all this worry, or be able to work things out if there is a mistake

You deserve to get your money back in full with the problem you had, since you were a loyal customer
got to get the right person to give it back to you

Consumers and Homeowners are not being treated right today

It is not right to take advantage of Innocent, Unknowledgeable Consumers (with hidden fees, or nonunderstandable fine print terms)

I would say people must read their bank statements and check their accounts like you, very carefully, we do

Grow tried to charge us late fees on things, I got it dismissed, because it was inaccurate, and
they held extra money in an escrow account, we got that back also, I wrote a letter
