Grow Financial Federal Credit Union’s Email To Courtney M. Poole – Very Important Proof Of Fraud

I sent a copy of this email  (below) to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union’s CEO Robert Fisher to prove that I was never informed of a withdraw fee and he ignored it. Courtney M. Poole was the lady with member services who I originally spoke to about withdrawing my funds. She also witnessed when the funds were given to me. She also knows I signed no paperwork or received a receipt showing the cash withdraw fee. As you can see, it is obvious from this email thread that Courtney Poole had not informed me there would be a fee due and may have been ignorant of it herself. She never got back to me after I sent her my response. She was more then likely told to ignore me after addressing the issue with her superiors.

Thanks Courtney, let me know as soon as possible. This whole situation with that bank has been totally dysfunctional and you have been the only one who has shown respect and common courtesy. Saturday I tried calling around to get some assistance and they kept transferring me, until I was finally put on hold for over 20 minutes (from your branch) waiting to speak to the manager. I finally had to hang up.
While this is on your mind, can you please give me the name of the manager there and the teller who was with you Friday. I’m assuming the manager took the initiative to go into my account for the fee?
Sincerely,
Robert Johnson

Courtney,

I was hit with a huge fee for yesterday’s withdrawal we did. There was absolutely no mention of this made to me. Who do I need to speak with to get this resolved?!
